Which restaurants are included in the vote, and which are not?
The long list includes all restaurants, even if they're not part of Ultima or Yandex Eats. Exceptions are establishments that opened less than three months before the start of voting, non-gastro bars, coffee shops, food malls, and restaurant chains with more than three locations.
Why does the guide change every year?
The parameters that the AI model analyzes develop over time and can affect how restaurants are evaluated. That's why we update the guide every year to keep it as relevant as possible.
How objective is AI?
The algorithm looks at reviews, ratings, traffic, and more than 100 other parameters. Data for the long list is processed automatically to eliminate the human factor, but the final selection is made by people — Yandex users and experts.
