In the 2010s, the local dining scene often replicated Cycladic tavernas — simple, affordable fare with gyros and souvlaki. A decade later, Greek cuisine is presented creatively and with a modern touch — and, as often happens, Eva played a role in shaping the shift. This Lucky Group restaurant on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya wasn’t the first mover, but it successfully cemented the modern Greek concept splashed across its façade as a trend.
