This Japanese restaurant by White Rabbit Family above Gorynych calls itself an izakaya, but the concept is far more elaborate than a simple snack-and-drink spot. The interior features a carefully designed synthesis of stone, wood, and glass, along with a century-old dragon painting and magnetic teapots, while the menu includes a wagyu section and a sake list organized by prefecture. After the sushi, you'll find ceviche and tiradito, pointing to the Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei style, and guests particularly enjoy the eel roll, salmon tataki with yuzu, and Nobu-style chicken wings. In summer 2025, they opened a panoramic terrace on the roof of the Central Market, and year-round the team creates dishes in tune with the weather outside — in autumn, for example, persimmon with sea urchin roe, and in hot weather, kakigōri, a shaved-ice dessert.
