The White Rabbit Family's culinary theater has «stages» in Plyos and Sochi, impressive chef’s tables where six of the group's best chefs cook together or individually for 16 people. The tasting menu themes vary widely, including The Peruvian Samurai by Denis Lima, The Big Score by Gleb Shelomanov, and Moscow and Muscovites by Ilya Kokotovsky. Anatoly Kazakov turns Russian cuisine eastward, Likaryon Solntsev reflects on the foods that have altered humanity, and Vladimir Mukhin works with art by star calligrapher Pokras Lampas to present The Last Supper, which is about a chef bereft of his sense of taste and smell. The finale promises «salvation for the soul and a lingonberry cake».
