The chef at this restaurant in the Krasnaya Roza quarter since it opened in 2003 has been Nino Graziano, who closed his two-Michelin-star Sicilian restaurant Il Mulinazzo to move to Moscow. His Italian cuisine is both homey and luxurious: pasta with wild boar ragu, red prawn soup, grilled baby squid with artichokes, eggplant tortino, and foie gras crocantino. Beyond the main menu, they offer special menus — White Truffle, Black Caviar, and maintain a touching tribute to the legendary 1990s restaurant Semiramis: lamb lyulya and Eastern-style chicken shashlik. The extensive wine list includes grand crus, vintages, and prestigious houses.
