An ultra-high-tech bar on the second floor of the gt. group's gastro-mansion (Lila, Vani, and others) on Sretenka. Eco-walls of packed earth, a lab with centrifuges and vacuum sealers, futuristic hexagonal bar — the lounge of a spaceship that might one day send us to Mars, where we would likely sip AI daiquiris in a setting just like this. The cocktails also seem like visitors from the future: featuring sea urchin, magnolia, or «wine» made from feijoa; the Take Away comes with a lid like a to-go coffee — only made of chocolate; Vieux Français is served with Isabella cognac and a nano-croissant on ice. A roaming station with Baccarat crystal prepares Negronis in the hall; snacks include broccoli hummus and halibut with pear. FYI: hoodies and shorts are not permitted, reservations are required.
