A dual-concept bar behind a mirrored door inside the Unica restaurant: a hall with scarlet curtains for dancing to Italo-disco from Wednesday to Sunday, plus an everyday lounge focused on sparkling wine and Champagne. Pair them with scallop tartlets; the main menu includes crab fregola, truffle burgers, and mini donuts with strawberry sauce. Banana Negroni and Golden Sbagliato — the dolce vita multiplies in cocktails, while in summer an emerald spritz flows on the terrace — the cordial for it (and many others) is bottled in-house.
