A playful Jewish bar with a menorah in its logo and a Masonic stained-glass window in a basement on Pyatnitskaya has, over 10 years, prepared tons of hummus, millions of mezze (served on a silver seder platter), and generated thousands of newsworthy moments. There are guest tours, themed dinners, and grill parties, while for Hanukkah you'll find latkes and sufganiyot. The 2025 anniversary was celebrated with a medieval-style fair complete with a fortune teller and minstrels. Nearly 90,000 cocktails are consumed here annually, many with carefully crafted storytelling. Some are inspired by fairy tales — the tart wine-based Shreitele brownie spirit or the creamy caramel rum-based Dybbuk spirit for example. The scroll-style menu features pitas, burekas, shawarma, and date cake with raisin-spirit ice cream.
